Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in box  by pallets. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and rest payment before shipping .but for old customer can be 70% against to BL copy .

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. LC

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your deposit. The delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What's the MOQ?
A: normal 10 pcs ,it is up to whcich model.

Q6. What is your sample policy ?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock,  which is free for you but the customers have to pay the courier cost. If customized sample , you need to pay sample cost and courier cost .

Q7. What's your quality inspection system ?
A: Inspection at every process ; Timber grade selecting , Drying kiln, Cutting ,Drilling,Glue assembly ,Nailing,sanding ,Paint based,Surface painting ,polishing , Logo making ,QC inspection the final product, packing .
